Are these products real and new?
Yes. Every product is genuine, brand-name inventory sourced through authorized channels, and brand new unless the lot says otherwise. We never sell counterfeit or knock-off goods.
Why are the prices so low?
It's surplus stock we need to clear. We sell it below cost to move it quickly, and we'd rather it go to resellers who can put it to work than sit in storage.
How does volume pricing work?
Each lot has price tiers. Once your quantity reaches a tier, that lower price applies to every unit in your order for that lot. Take the whole lot and you get an extra 5% off that lot.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, $300 per order, combined across all lots, so mix and match. Some lots also have a minimum quantity, shown on the lot.
How do reseller levels work?
Everyone starts as a Public Reseller. Order consistently and we'll invite you to Private Reseller, with access to hidden lots, 10% off every order and 5% off shipping. Our top resellers are invited to Partner Reseller, with first pick of new lots, 20% off every order and 10% off shipping. Discounts come off your total order, on top of volume pricing.
Can you hold stock for me?
Lots are first come, first served. Stock is held once we confirm your order.
Do you ship?
Yes, anywhere in Canada. Free pickup in the Stockyards area of Toronto is also available.
How much is shipping?
It depends on the size of your order and where it's going. We work it out after you send your request and include it in your total, so you see the full price before you pay.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, PayPal and Interac e-Transfer. You only pay after you've seen your total and said yes.
Can I return something?
All sales are final. No returns and no refunds. If you pick up, check your order before you pay.
